Shredded BBQ Beef

This recipe is from my cousin Meg- it is really good and best of all super easy!
Shredded BBQ Beef- Slow Cooker

1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 (3 to 5 pound) beef brisket
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 (18 oz) bottle of BBQ sauce

Combine the celery salt, garlic powder and onion powder and rub all over the brisket. Place in the slow cooker and pour the hot pepper sauce, cover and cook for 6to 8 hours on low until meat is tender. Remove roast and cool slightly. Strain cooking juices reserving ½ cup. Shred meat with 2 forks and place in a large saucepan. Add BBQ sauce and reserved juice and cook through. Serve on rolls.
