Potato Casserole aka Party Potatoes

This is a Hufford family must, we have it at almost every family function! It is awesome for large gatherings.

1 2lb bag of frozen shredded hash browns (thaw and squeeze dry)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups of fine shredded cheddar
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup chopped onions
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients pout into a greased 13 x 9 dish. Cook at 300 for 50 min- or until bubbly and golden brown
