Shredded BBQ Beef (Slow Cooker)

Get out your slow cooker and get ready to have an awesome and easy weekend dinner!

1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 (3 to 5 pound) beef brisket
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 (18 oz) bottle of BBQ sauce

Combine the celery salt, garlic powder and onion powder and rub all over the brisket. Place in the slow cooker and pour the hot pepper sauce, cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours until meat is tender. Remove roast and cool slightly. Strain cooking juices reserving ½ cup. Shred meat with 2 forks and place in a large saucepan. Add BBQ sauce and reserved juice and cook through. Serve on rolls.
