This recipe is from my Aunt Roxie, it is a great weekend breakfast treat!

Roxie's Sopapillas

Bottom: 1 pkg. crescent rolls (lightly rolled between parchment paper)
Place in 13 x 9 pan
Filling: 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar (heaping)
2 t. vanilla
Mix together until creamy and pour over crescent rolls base.
Topping: 1 pkg. crescent rolls, lightly rolled
1/2 cup sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter

Lightly roll crescent rolls and place over filling. Combine cinnamon &
sugar & mix well. Sprinkle evenly over crescent rolls top. Melt butter,
then pour over cinnamon sugar. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for
half an hour.
