Labor Day Weekend

It's time for some good friends and good BBQ.
Here is what is on the menu for this weekend:

Pork Steaks
Bottle of A-1 Marinade (or other Steakhouse marinade)
Beer
Small bottle Italian dressing
Baby Rays Original BBQ Sauce

Mix A-1 (use a half to a full bottle depending on how much meat you have), beer (1 to 2 bottles), Italian dressing, and water so that meat is totally covered and marinate the pork steaks overnight.
BBQ pork steaks on the grill until they are almost done.
Put the steaks back in baking pan (disposable tin pan is what I usually use), and pour Baby Rays BBQ sauce on.
Cover with tinfoil and put in a low temp oven for anywhere from 1 to 2 hours or so.
