Monday- Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas

Tuesday- Baked Potato Soup

Wednesday- Orecchiette with Sausage and Roasted Peppers

Thursday- Baked sweet & sour chicken over rice with green beans

Friday- Pizza and fresh fruit

Saturday- Cinco De Mayo/Taco Bar

Sunday-Breakfast for dinner/ Egg Casserole

Treat of the week-
No-Bake Cereal Bars (From my Aunt PJ)

Ingredients:
6 cups Special K
1 ½ cups peanut butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:
Place cereal in large heatproof bowl; set aside. In a saucepan combine the peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal until well coated. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 pan. In microwave or heavy saucepan melt chocolate and butterscotch chips stir until smooth and spread over bars.
